Meet Adrián

Adrián Nitti is the founder and CEO of Queerchata, the fastest-growing queer dance movement in North America. Adrián leads all our consultation sessions, and is not only a talented dance instructor with a knack for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, they also have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Adrián has spent 12 years working in tech, including in people operations at Google where they led programs for underserved communities, such as Black and Hispanic students in STEM, and veterans returning to the workforce. Adrián became the youngest person to earn the Diversity Core Impact Award for leading diversity programs and recruiting at Google.

Adrián is a sought after speaker and lecturer and has spoken at conferences like TechFutures, Booking.com Craft Conference, and Google Talks.
