1. Return Policy for Dance Classes and Events
All sales are final. We are a small organization and we do not offer refunds at the moment.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the class. If rescheduling is not possible, participants will receive a full refund.
It is your responsibility to carefully read and fulfill all listed requirements for any class before enrolling. If you register for a class without meeting the stated prerequisites, you will be automatically placed in the appropriate lower-level class. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
2. Membership Cancellation
To cancel your monthly recurring membership, a minimum of 30 days' written notice is required. For example, if you wish to cancel your membership for the month of September, you must notify us in writing on or before August 1st. Please submit all cancellation requests via email to dance (at) queerchata.com. Cancellations received with less than 30 days' notice will result in one final charge for the upcoming month. Please note that all membership fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes.
3. Return Policy for Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. We are a small organization and we do not have the capacity to offer returns at the moment. If you encounter issues with our merchandise please contact us at dance (at) queerchata.com
